Patricia Lee
Patricia Lee
Chair of Commission

Patricia Lee is a partner of the Firm practicing primarily in business and commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, partnership/shareholder disputes, contract enforcement/defense, non-competition agreements, and commercial lease review and litigation, and family law. In addition, Patricia also practices in the areas of trademark registration and litigation, collections, mechanic’s liens/foreclosures, and medical claims billing. Patricia’s range of experience allows her to manage the legal needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners through the Firm’s program entitled The Legal Solution for Entrepreneurs & Small Businesses. 

Today, Patricia serves as a volunteer attorney for the Child Advocacy Program where she represents abused and neglected children in Clark County, Nevada. In addition, she serves as Treasurer of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association. In 2010, Patricia was appointed by Governor Gibbons to serve as Chair of the newly-established Nevada Crime Commission. Also, the Las Vegas business publication In Business Las Vegas honored Patricia with its “Women to Watch 2010” award.

When Patricia is not working for the Firm, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ronnie (a small business owner), and their two children, Brianna and Devin. Patricia also enjoys traveling and reading, and is an avid sports enthusiast.

As a former Assistant United States Attorney for the district of Nevada, Foletta has prosecuted mortgage fraud and identity theft matters on behalf of the U.S. Government. A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, Foletta is also a former law clerk to then-Federal Judge Brian Sandoval.
Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith has worked in the Office of the Attorney General for approximately 19 years for four different Attorneys General. During that time he has served as an Investigator, Senior Investigator, Deputy Chief Investigator, Chief of Investigations and currently is the Chief of Staff. He holds a B.A. & M.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. In addition to his formal education Chief Smith has earned “Instructor Development,” “Management “and “Executive Certificates” from the Nevada Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission. For the past fifteen years he has been an instructor at various police academies and colleges where he has taught “Resume Writing,” “Courtroom Testimony,” “Report Writing” and “Interviewing & Interrogation.
Chris Perry

Director

Perry began his law enforcement career in 1982 as a Trooper with the Nevada Highway Patrol in Las Vegas and has previously served as Deputy Director of the Department of Public Safety. In 2005, Perry was appointed Chief of the Department of Public Safety Training Division. In 2006, he was appointed Chief of the Highway Patrol Division. Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and extensive advanced law enforcement training; including certifications from Northwestern University, the US Department of Justice, and Nevada POST.

In July 2009, Perry was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Public Safety and was responsible for administrative oversight of the department.

In January 2011, Perry was appointed Acting Director of the Department of Public Safety by Governor Sandoval and officially appointed Director on June 20, 2011.

Terry Johnson
Director
Previously the Director of the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation where he directed all daily and long-term strategic planning and management functions for the department, Johnson also served as a state labor commissioner for five years. In 1996, Johnson was an Assistant Business Advocate at B&I in the Office of Business Finance and Planning.
Greg Cox
Director
Previously the Deputy Director for the Nevada Department of Corrections, Greg Cox was appointed Director in June of 2011. He has previously served as warden of the High Desert State Prison and the Southern Desert Correctional Center. Prior to moving to Nevada in 2003, Cox was a Senior Public Service Administrator at Pontiac Correctional Center in Illinois and held several other leadership position in the corrections field in Illinois. Cox has attended numerous national trainings, including several from the National Institute of Corrections.
Michael Willden
Director
Mike Willden has served as Director of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) since July 2001. Prior to his appointment, Willden was the State Welfare Administrator. Willden holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern Utah University.
David Gustafson
David Gustafson
Chief Information Officer
Gustafson is currently serving as the State Chief Information Officer. He received a BSBA degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has been a Nevada resident for over 15 years. He has held numerous IT leadership roles over his career and is a certified project manager with the Project Management Institute. Prior to joining the State government, he worked in the private sector as the Director of IT for EMPLOYERS and has worked at Microsoft Licensing and Accenture consulting.
Leo Drozdoff
Director
Drozdoff, Director of Conservation and Natural Resources, was previously the Administrator for the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection. Drozdoff has also served as the Bureau Chief of Mining Regulation and Reclamation, Water Pollution Control and as Deputy Administrator for NDEP's water programs.

Sheriff
Michael Haley was elected Sheriff of Washoe County on November 7, 2006, taking office on January 2, 2007. He was elected to a second four year term on January 1, 2011 and ran unopposed. He is only the second Sheriff in over 64 years to be promoted through the ranks and assume the command position.
